Where to measure yourself for typical belt position.
Guide to measuring for belt size:
The pouch of the belt is usually worn on the right front, 2-6″ below the waist; slightly higher to work small items, lower to work larger ones.
Wear your normal clothing to measure yourself as shown in the drawing:
* Center the tape at your back waist and slope it down to the right front, on or slightly above your hip bone.
* Measure again with the tape sloped down a few inches below your waistline.
*The belt can be adjusted by 12” overall; select a size that has your measurements at the mid-point of the range shown.
There are two buckles on the belt. The PoK logo buckle is worn at the left front; use it to put the belt on and take it off. The small back buckle is only used if you run out of holes in front due to weight change or seasonal clothing differences. To determine its position, place the belt on a table with the PoK buckle set in the center hole in front. Measure the belt circumference and move the back buckle as necessary. If the belt no longer fits at any adjustment, please contact us and we can provide another size at a nominal cost.
